What Can I Expect During My Office Visit at Northeast Digestive?

During your visit, you will be seen by one of our board-certified gastroenterologists or a Physician Assistant under physician supervision. We will call you 24 hours before your appointment to provide a reminder.

- What Happens During the Consultation:
Your visit will include a discussion of your health concerns, a review of your medical history, a physical examination, and scheduling of any required procedures or tests. Endoscopic or invasive procedures are not typically performed on the same day as your consultation, so you may eat beforehand.

- Arriving for Your Appointment:
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, you may need to reschedule for a later time.

How Can I Cancel or Reschedule My Appointment?

To cancel or reschedule your visit, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missing this window may incur a fee, and frequent no-shows without notice could result in discharge from the practice. For procedure appointments, a minimum of 3 business days' notice is required to make changes.
