When you arrive: Check in at the front desk and bring your completed paperwork, insurance card, and photo ID. A member of our nursing staff will review your health history, start an IV if needed, and walk you through what to expect.

During your procedure: Most GI procedures are performed under sedation, so you will be comfortable and relaxed. Your care team will monitor you closely throughout.

After your procedure: You will recover in our post-procedure area until the sedation wears off. A nurse will review your results and aftercare instructions with you and your driver before you are discharged. You should plan to rest for the remainder of the day.
